STABL Energy wins ees AWARD 2022. On May 10, on the eve of the first The Smarter E in full swing since the Corona pandemic, the industry awards The Smarter E Award, Intersolar Award and the ees AWARD were presented.
What is the ees AWARD?
Energy storage systems are a critical part of renewable energy, as we forge ahead into the energy transition. The ees AWARD recognises electrical energy storge products and solutions that power the clean energy of the future. Awarded once a year, it honours powerful innovations in the battery and energy storage field, from components to technology applications and business models. Evaluation criteria for the award include Degree of Technological Innovation, Technical and environmental Benefits, System Integration, Safety, Economic Benefits, Proof of Innovation, and Presentation.
This year, ten finalists were shortlisted for the ees AWARD. STABL Energy is proud to be one of the three winners. The award was presented on May 10, 2022, as part of “The Smarter E Europe” trade show in STABL Energy’s home base Munich. The ceremony took place in front of visitors, exhibitors, and high-level representatives and stakeholders of the energy storage field.
Along with the award, STABL also took part in The Smarter E Europe trade fair, Europe’s largest platform for energy storage. Debuting in a stand-alone booth for the very first time, we were able to connect with like-minded visitors and fellow exhibitors, while proudly showcasing our award-winning technology through a showcase of our joint pilot project with the Swiss energy and changing management company, ecocoach.
What does this mean for STABL Energy?
Winning this prestigious award is an enormous honor for STABL Energy. It attests to the ground-breaking innovation of our STABL modular inverter technology, the strong scientific foundation it is based upon, and the great potential for our technology. The jury was specifically impressed with the high conversion efficiency of the STABL system, the possibility of using different battery modules within one system, and the overall pioneering spirit at the heart of this creative technology.
Beyond the technology, winning this award is a recognition of the tireless work our teams have put in to bring STABL Energy where it is today. It is testament to our brilliant STABL family, who have developed technologically rigorous and cutting-edge solutions for our modular inverter system and overcome challenges with grit and tenacity. None of this would have also been possible without the support of our project partners, investors and anyone who has helped us along this journey, and we are extremely grateful.
What’s next for STABL Energy?
Winning the ees AWARD 2022 is a big step forward for STABL Energy in our journey to create sustainable and efficient battery storage solutions. However, this is just the beginning. This summer, we are going to announce our further projects and cooperation partners. We will continue building upon our work and pour our heart and soul into the innovation and development of our STABL inverter, for a cleaner and better future.
