New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer (m/f/d)

Who are we

STABL Energy GmbH sets new technological trends for battery storage systems and makes an important contribution to the energy supply of the future. For this purpose, we develop power electronics for more efficient and fail-safe battery storage systems.

For us, this goes hand in hand with building a team of outstanding personalities and visionary professionals.

Your tasks

For the industrialisation of our power electronics, we are looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer (m/f/d) who, together with our development team and production partners, will take our product from idea to series production.

  • Develop and establish with our team the product creation process for our power electronics from development to start of production and after production release the change process (ECO).
  • Monitor the status of all future products and ensure the holistic execution of electronics projects in relation to the required policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Be responsible for the optimal design layout for quality-compliant production of the electronics in series through EMS (Design for Manufacturing and Testability)
  • Definition of the supply chain as well as selection and support of suppliers
  • Be responsible for the approval-compliant Bill of Materials (BOM) for contract awarding
  • Ensure compliance with applicable processes for the product and monitor performance indicators such as manufacturing costs, delivery quality, etc.

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of electronics, mechanical engineering, production or comparable training
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing, assembly, testing or production of electronic components or electronic equipment.
  • Experience in the management of medium-sized projects
  • Knowledge in statistical methods, data evaluation as well as reliability investigations of semiconductor devices desirable

Control Engineer / Modelling Expert for Power Electronics (m/f/d)

Your tasks

In order to develop further unique selling points for future markets, we are looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) to model and validate new product features via simulations in close cooperation with Business Development and Development.

You work directly with the development team and the company founders. The hierarchies are flat - you can quickly contribute your knowledge and creativity.

  • Extension of the model of our system in Matlab/Simulink
  • Modelling of the power electronics and batteries used
  • Grid control and regulation in stand-alone operation
  • Battery regulation
  • Data analysis

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of electronics, mechanical engineering, or comparable training
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the areas of simulation and modelling
  • Confident handling of Matlab/Simulink and C code
  • Experience with grid-connected power converters, especially modular multilevel converters, desirable

Working student Power Electronics (m/f/d)

Who are we

STABL Energy is setting new technological standards for battery storage systems to accelerate the expansion of renewable energies worldwide. We are a dynamic team of engineers in the field of power electronics for battery storage systems. Our electronics ease engineering of safe, reliable, and economical battery systems.

Your tasks

With your support, you will help us develop the heart of our STABL technology. This is how we create our platform for the next generation of battery storage systems.

  • Hands-on work on the product. That means soldering, screwing, crimping and flexing
  • Analysis and implementation from PCB design to software projects in C and Python
  • Support and contribution to the product for development from the design phase to the final product, including all necessary tests.

You will work directly with the development team and company founders.

The hierarchies are flat - but the learning curve is incomparably steep!

You can quickly apply your knowledge and creativity.

Your profile

  • You are studying electrical engineering or computer science or a comparable course of study
  • You are interested in sustainable power electronics of the future
  • You are interested in getting familiar with innovative technologies
  • You are open to new things and can creatively deal with challenges
  • Independent, structured and systematic way of working
  • Good knowledge of German and English
